So, they can take adequate precautions to minimize the effects. Others are not so fortunate because they will not be aware of the caused, reasons and duration of the anxiety attack. They will need to react to the situation when it happens and then take preventive and precautionary measures for future attacks. Biological ailments and physical disposition can also cause anxiety attacks. Psychological ailment and diseases can display anxiety as one of the symptoms of the disorders. This kind of personal influence on anxiety cause can be difficult to control. External influences can be avoided or eliminated but internal influences cannot be predicted or avoided. People will have to cope with it with the help of medication and mental conditioning. Sometimes, heavy medications that people take for other ailments can also be an anxiety cause. In such cases, anxiety is a side effect of the medication; alternate medication must be taken or the dosage of anxiety causing medication must be regulated. Anxiety is also common with people who are stressed. Work and life stress is present in almost all of the people in the world and the risk of anxiety attacks caused by stress is very real for everyone. The psychological impact of prolonged and continuous anxiety attacks can be damaging. These attacks also cause physical and biological damage, if they are untreated.
