Anxiety cause: The different causes of anxiety attacks
Generally, people suffer from anxiety due to life situations. There are numerous situations in life that are of varying importance to us. Anxiety can be caused by any of these situations, depending upon its relevance and importance to the person affected by anxiety. Individuals are the best judges of possibilities of anxiety for themselves. They know the reasons and situations that cause anxiety in them; they must safe guard themselves from these situations or at least take precautions to minimize the trauma and damage caused by anxiety. It is not possible to completely eliminate the occurrence of anxiety but its effects can be minimized by either avoiding anxiety causing situations or by preparing for them. Anxiety cause can also be because of genetic and hereditary dispositions. Like many mental ailments and afflictions anxiety can also pass on from one generation to another. This type of anxiety is easier to predict and control effectively because people do not need to identify the reasons; they just know that they are prone to anxiety attacks. So, they can take adequate precautions to minimize the effects. Others are not so fortunate because they will not be aware of the caused, reasons and duration of the anxiety attack. They will need to react to the situation when it happens and then take preventive and precautionary measures for future attacks. Biological ailments and physical disposition can also cause anxiety attacks. Psychological ailment and diseases can display anxiety as one of the symptoms of the disorders. This kind of personal influence on anxiety cause can be difficult to control. External influences can be avoided or eliminated but internal influences cannot be predicted or avoided. People will have to cope with it with the help of medication and mental conditioning. Sometimes, heavy medications that people take for other ailments can also be an anxiety cause. In such cases, anxiety is a side effect of the medication; alternate medication must be taken or the dosage of anxiety causing medication must be regulated. Anxiety is also common with people who are stressed. Work and life stress is present in almost all of the people in the world and the risk of anxiety attacks caused by stress is very real for everyone. The psychological impact of prolonged and continuous anxiety attacks can be damaging. These attacks also cause physical and biological damage, if they are untreated.
